Barista Staff
Minimum 3 days a week / Full time (5 days/week)
Start Date: April to June
Job Description:
We are a coffee shop that provides high quality organic goods, local artisan giftware, and information to tourists coming through Horseshoe bay. Employees can expect to be part of all aspects of the shop – often multitasking on busy days talking to tourists while making lattes and making sure our shop is in tip top shape!
Ideal Candidate:
· Reliable and accountable
· Open to learning and constructive criticism
· Flexible schedule (or can commit to a semi-set schedule)
· Previous customer service experience an asset
· Positive personality
· Work well independently and with a small, tight knit team
· Ready to take on a variety of tasks at the shop and our surrounding area
· Experience as a barista
· Passionate about delicious coffee, baked goods, and making our customers days awesome by providing an amazing and personal experience
· Passionate about sharing your knowledge of the North Shore and nearby Islands with tourists
